Grant transmittal letters from November 2012 meeting

Minutes from the November 2012 meeting

Deadline for grant submissions are May 1, and October 1. Our semi-annual board meetings are ordinarily held the Saturday after Memorial Day and the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Grant applicants will be notified within a few days following the board meetings of our decision regarding the grant. The contact person listed on the grant application may be contacted in advance of our meeting by one of our board members for further information or clarification. If the grant is made or declined, notification (and check, if applicable) will be sent via U.S. mail to the address given for the organization on the grant application, within one week of our board meeting.
